Job title: Operations Lead - Imaging
About the Role ICON is seeking an Operations Lead to oversee daily operational activities supporting clinical research initiatives. You will lead operational teams, develop SOPs to improve efficiency and compliance, and drive process improvements across cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Leading and managing operational teams to ensure timely and successful execution of clinical trials and research projects.
- Developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize workflows.
- Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in all operational activities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, business administration, or a related area; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within a clinical research environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving operational goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
