Job Title: Operations / Internal Control Officer

Location: Lekki / Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Industry: Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine operational checks and internal control reviews.
• Identify process gaps, irregularities, and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review operational records and prepare reports on findings.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to established standards.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and process improvements.
• Work with relevant departments to strengthen operational efficiency and accountability.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Operations, Internal Control, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to monitor processes, ensure compliance, and improve operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Candidates residing in or close to Lekki and Victoria Island are strongly preferred.

Salary

N200,000 – N250,000 monthly.
