About the Role
Join the operations function at a preventive healthtech company, where you'll help make diagnostic services run smoothly and scale efficiently. This is a hands-on internship with real ownership and the intention to convert to a full-time role.
What You'll Do

Own customer operations from onboarding and scheduling through results coordination and retention.

Coordinate daily workflows with laboratory partners, clinicians, customers, and internal teams.

Package kits and support business-to-business customers.

Build tools and automations that replace recurring manual work and improve operational processes.

Help develop scalable processes that support customer growth without proportionally increasing operational workload.
What We're Looking For

Availability for a 3 to 6 month internship, with interest in transitioning to a full-time role.

Fluent German for communication with laboratories, clinicians, customers, and colleagues.

EU or EEA work authorization, as visa sponsorship is not available.

Experience packaging kits and supporting B2B customers.

Hands-on experience building automations or workflows with tools such as n8n, Notion, Linear, Airtable, or similar platforms.

Comfort with code, scripts, or workflow tools, and the autonomy to own processes from start to finish.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €30,000 to €36,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
On-site five days per week in Berlin, Germany.
