This role sits in the Learning workstream of Operations-HR-CBS - TAL - Learning, Gurgaon, and collaborates with cross-functional teams (Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and Benefit, HR systems, Operations, and Analytics) to enable learning initiatives. - Support technical excellence in Learning programs and initiatives.
- Conduct learning needs assessment and calendar creation.
- Assist in interacting with various stakeholders to understand learning priorities.
