About the Role The Operations - Foreign Exchange and Interest Rates Analyst supports the day-to-day operational activities of Marex's US FX and IR Operations, ensuring transactions and processes are executed accurately and efficiently. This role provides additional capacity to a small team and enables senior members to focus on oversight, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement, with ongoing training, development, and technology-enabled enhancements.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day FX and IR operational activities, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist with reconciliations and core operational processes, helping maintain data integrity.
• Provide additional capacity to a small team through routine task execution, enabling senior members to focus on oversight and issue resolution.
• Develop a strong understanding of FX and IR operations processes and controls, applying this knowledge to daily activities and long-term team development.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives through training, standardization, and technology-enabled efficiency.
• Stay informed on financial standards and industry best practices.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC, and other applicable exchanges and regulators.
• Adhere to Marex's risk framework, report breaches to Compliance or supervisors, and escalate risk events as required.
• Collaborate with front office, finance, risk, and other stakeholders to support operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.
• Genuine interest in one or more departmental tracks within FX/IR operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
