Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive to coordinate marine logistics operations and ensure efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate vessel, barge, bunker, and offshore logistics operations.
- Manage STS operations, ship clearing, and port agency activities.
- Ensure compliance with IMO, MARPOL, OCIMF, NPA, NIMASA, and NIWA requirements.
- Coordinate clients, vendors, vessel crews, and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor operational performance, documentation, and reporting.
- Supervise field teams and third-party service providers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marine Logistics, Maritime Operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in marine/offshore logistics or marine operations.
- Strong knowledge of vessel and barge operations, STS, bunker supply, and port agency services.
- Excellent coordination, communication, reporting, and stakeholder-management skills.
Salary
N500,000 monthly.
