Brila Media is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to ensure the smooth running of our daily business operations.
In this role, you will be instrumental in coordinating operational activities across departments, monitoring and improving processes for greater efficiency, and liaising effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. You will also assist in budget tracking, resource management, and preparing operational reports for management.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in an operations or administrative capacity, possess strong organizational and multitasking skills, and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and operational tools is essential, with proposal writing skills and media environment experience being advantageous.
