About the Role We are seeking an analytical Operations Excellence Lead to help shape Formlabs Global Operations by solving cross-functional priorities across Supply Chain, Customer Fulfillment, Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities and Workplace. You will design and drive continuous improvement, establish best practices, and partner with leadership to shape the future of how we design, prototype, and manufacture at scale.
What You'll Do
- Take on critical strategic studies such as supply chain risks, facilities locations, and growth blockers.
- Liaise with cross-functional stakeholders, developing strategic partnerships to build trust and share knowledge across teams.
- Report on and forecast KPIs across programs or regions (e.g., capital spend, risk, budget variance, accruals).
- Manage multiple programs or initiatives with strong organization and prioritization.
