OPERATIONS ENGINEERING SPECIALIST

• Lead and support the execution of digitalization, manufacturing, and process improvement projects involving internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate proof-of-concept (PoC), pilot, validation, and implementation activities.
• Act as the key interface between business users, production teams, software developers, and external partners.
• Prepare management reports, decision papers, and recommendations.
• Define and document business requirements, technical specifications, and process standards.
• Support the development of business cases for manufacturing and logistics software solutions.
• Identify, define, and standardize use cases for deployment across multiple divisions and production sites.
• Support the systematic rollout of successful solutions across global operations.
• Organize and conduct international training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Promote adoption of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices. What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, operations excellence, digitalization, MES, SAP, logistics systems, or project management.
• Experience working in an international and cross-functional environment.
• Experience managing projects from concept through implementation and rollout.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and logistics processes.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems (e.g., SAP, iTAC MES, or similar).
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to create business cases, process documentation, and technical specifications.
• Understanding of digital manufacturing and Industry 4.0 concepts is advantageous.
