Position Content

• To provide service and quality of service for binning, order execution and stock maintenance for supported Volvo Brands.
• Order management with dealer network and central warehouse

Responsibilities

• Warehouse Operations

• Receive, Unload & check all incoming shipments & returns including Buybacks and Cores

• Bin all goods as per established routines/procedures and report discrepancies

• Pick & Pack of parts and Kits as per established routines/procedures

• Ensure orderly maintenance of stocks, participate in perpetual and periodic stock-taking and exercise adequate care in using warehouse equipment

• Report any activity that could endanger personnel and/or company assets

• Participate in Continuous improvement/Kaizen activities

• Support for extended opening hours and 24/7 service.

• Customer Service

• Order intake & handling for Volvo-owned and private dealer network

• Handling of Back-orders towards Central warehouse

• Coordination & Follow-up of incoming shipments alongside Customs broker & transport companies

• Receive incoming shipments in the system & release of Back-orders

• Resolve Customer Discrepancies in coordination with Warehouse

• Maintain Up-to-date information for Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of back-orders

• Handle returns & Buy-backs in the systems

• Transport leadtime follow up

• Participate in regional forums/best practice networks
