Avenrix Services is a growing services company helping businesses execute projects through internal teams and project-based support.
Our work spans operations, research, data, technology, workflow support, and other business functions depending on client and project needs. As our workload grows, we’re continuing to build our internal team to support project delivery and the day-to-day operations of the company.
We’re hiring an Operations Associate to join that internal team.
About the Role
The Operations Associate will work closely with our project and technical leadership team to help keep internal operations and active projects organized and moving forward.
The role combines research, information management, project coordination, documentation, quality checks, and operational support.
This is a good opportunity for someone early in their career who is organized, comfortable working with technology and information, and interested in gaining exposure to different types of business and project work.
What You’ll Do

Conduct research and summarize relevant findings clearly.

Collect, organize, review, and maintain project-related information.

Work with spreadsheets, documents, project trackers, and web-based tools.

Review information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Maintain project documentation, status updates, and internal records.

Track assigned tasks, deadlines, and follow-up items.

Assist with workflow checks, quality assurance, and process documentation.

Support project coordination and other operational activities as needed.

You should have:

A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Comfort working with spreadsheets, online tools, and common productivity software.

Ability to learn unfamiliar tools and processes quickly.

Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments.

A dependable, professional approach to assigned work.

Previous experience in operations, research, project coordination, data, administration, quality assurance, or technology-related work is helpful but not required.

Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, project-management platforms, data-analysis tools, or AI productivity tools is a plus.
