KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement ways to streamline and improve operational processes, contributing to greater efficiency and productivity.
• Data Management: Collect, organize, and maintain operational data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with teams such as finance, customer service, and logistics to resolve operational issues and support seamless workflows.
• Project Support: Assist in the execution of projects, monitor progress, and track key performance indicators to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operations metrics, and document processes and procedures to support consistency and transparency.
• Issue Resolution: Handle operational issues as they arise, troubleshoot problems, and proactively recommend solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Airtable).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
