Job Purpose The core purpose of the Operations Assistant is to support the Mobile Manufacturing Unit (MMU) Operator in safely loading MMUs and delivering products directly to the charging bench. Additionally, the incumbent will execute general operational duties across the work area as directed by the MMU Operator and the Field and Services Superintendent (FSS).

• Driver’s License: A valid Class B Driver’s License.
• Blasting License: A valid Open Pit Blasting License.
• Citizenship: Must be a Botswana Citizen.
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both Setswana and English.
