They are building a lean, high-accountability execution team and are looking for an Operations and Asset Manager to join them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define the operating organisation, staffing, competency matrix, shift model and training requirements
  • Develop operating philosophy and procedures for start-up, normal operation, shutdown, emergency shutdown and isolation
  • Build the asset register, criticality assessment, maintenance strategy, job plans and critical spares lists
  • Coordinate preservation, tagging, inspection and storage of received equipment with Logistics and OEM instructions
  • Participate in system walkdowns and review vendor manuals, alarm/trip lists and handover dossiers
  • Set reliability and performance measures, inventory controls and statutory inspection registers

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, electrical or instrumentation engineering

  • 7+ years of operations or maintenance experience in gas processing, LNG, power or process plants

  • Experience in operational readiness, commissioning or start-up of new facilities
