About the Role The role provides front-to-back operational support to Marex's Structured Product business and its OTC derivatives, ensuring a flexible operating model while maintaining a rigorous controls environment. You will work as part of Marex Solutions’ front office operations to support trade lifecycle, settlements, and regulatory reporting.

What You'll Do

• Provide front-to-back operational support to OTC Derivatives and Structured Notes for Marex Solutions front office.
• Daily BAU activities include reconciling trade positions and cash flows, managing trade and notes lifecycles, processing corporate actions and dividends, sending trade confirmations and client statements, dealing with margin calls, paying agent, prime brokerage and settlements, and ensuring trades are reported correctly to meet MiFID, EMIR and Dodd-Frank.
• Report and escalate issues to the Head/Supervisor and relevant senior management; act as escalation point for operations team; supervise junior members and ensure control and automation of team infrastructure in the absence of the Supervisor.
• Contribute to establishment of new controls and automation of reconciliation tools and processes.
• Work closely with finance, treasury, risk, audit and compliance; maintain detailed operating procedures and train new joiners to ensure business continuity and minimise staff risk.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulatory requirements; adhere to the risk framework; escalate risk events; provide input to risk management.
• Model the role with integrity and Company Values and comply with the FCA Code of Conduct.

What We're Looking For

• 7 to 10 years of experience in a similar middle office/trade management role focused on Equity/OTC derivatives or Structured Note issuance.
• Proficient across MS Office; SQL, Alteryx and/or Python desirable.
• Thorough understanding of structured products and the underlying Futures and Options.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously with timely delivery and high-quality output; strong problem-solving and communication skills; meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; resilient and adaptable under pressure.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management, collaboration and integrity; compliance with Conduct Rules and regulatory expectations.
• Conduct rules: act with integrity, due skill and care, FCA/Regulator engagement, fair treatment of customers; commitment to Marex values.

• Sophis knowledge would be a plus but not essential.
