About the company

If you see technology as a way to smooth your path in life, our team does too: Your Path, Our Journey.

We believe in technology that connects talented people who embrace diversity to create and share paths we don't even know about (yet!). We work to generate value not only for our users but, above all, for the communities we serve and for society as a whole, making every day better for everyone with mobility and delivery services or digital payments.

To make life easier for millions of people every day, since 2018, we have been part of DiDi Global Inc., the world’s leading mobility technology platform. We are pioneers in creating innovative solutions that start in Brazil and scale up to make a positive impact in more than 12 countries where DiDi operates. This innovation encompasses sustainability, safety, artificial intelligence, financial markets, and much more.

Whether building projects from scratch or improving our solutions, we enjoy challenges that give us butterflies, which is why we work at a fast pace with respect, collaboration, and good humor. Along this journey, we also draw strength from diverse experiences and opinions to grow together, fail quickly, learn, and adjust the course to create solutions that deliver even better results.

About the team/role We are looking for a highly analytical, strategically minded, and results-oriented professional to join a position related to Data & Intelligence within our Supply Operations. This role will play a key part in designing, monitoring, and continuously improving operational indicators (KPIs), ensuring that our supply structure is aligned with business priorities and drives the expected operational efficiency.

In this position, you will transform complex data into actionable insights and recommendations, develop data models and forecasts, monitor the overall health of our supply operations, and support leadership decision-making. You will also be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our operational dashboards and data products.

We are looking for someone who is highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to apply critical thinking in a fast-paced environment where priorities and strategies may evolve quickly. This is an opportunity to directly impact the company`s operational performance and contribute to building a stronger, more efficient, and highly data-driven Supply ecosystem.

In this role, you'll be...

  • Extract and process massive datasets (primarily using HiveQL), building optimized and robust queries to support the analytical needs of the operation.
  • Proactively interact with other teams to investigate new data sources, mapping unknown tables and clarifying the exact business meaning behind specific columns and metrics.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to validate analytical assumptions, ensuring strict data accuracy and driving the standardization of operational concepts and business rules across the company.
  • Lead the creation, mapping, and automation of operational indicators (KPIs), defining how we measure the success, availability, and efficiency of our supply network.
  • Develop and continuously enhance the Supply metrics strategy, ensuring alignment between data products, business priorities, and operational outcomes.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, reports, and data visualization tools to track operational performance.
  • Monitor performance and set up operational alerts across different regions and cities, translating large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for the Supply operation.

We’re eager to be in touch because you have...

  • Relevant experience: Background in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Supply Operations, Logistics, or related areas.
  • Analytical skills: Intermediary / advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase) and spreadsheet modeling (Excel or Google Sheets).
  • SQL proficiency: Strong ability to query, process, and analyze large datasets, translating raw data into actionable business insights;
  • Strategic thinking: Ability to connect operational metrics and supply indicators to broader business priorities and company strategy.
  • Problem-solving: Strong ability to investigate performance gaps, identify root causes within the supply chain, and propose practical solutions.
  • Stakeholder management: Strong communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively with Operations, Product, and cross-functional leadership teams.
  • Ownership and adaptability: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical of the food-delivery industry.
  • Advanced English: Ability to communicate, lead meetings, and prepare business materials in English.
