About this role

Job title: Operations Administrator (Manufacturing)

Job Overview

Are you an experienced administrator or bookkeeper ready to take true ownership as our Operations Administrator?

In this critical role, you will connect sales, procurement, and production to keep orders moving smoothly and support high-level business growth. We are seeking candidates with 2–3 years of experience in administration, operations, or bookkeeping, alongside proficiency in platforms like Xero, MYOB, or MRP Easy. Prior experience handling detailed order specifications within a custom manufacturing, trade, or construction environment—or managing insurance-referred clients—will make you an immediate standout.

The company manages the full product lifecycle — from lead capture and custom order processing through to procurement, manufacturing coordination, and on-site installation scheduling. With a growing customer base that includes both private clients and insurance-referred work, the business is at a pivotal stage of transitioning day-to-day operations management to allow the owner to focus on strategic growth.
