Job title: Operations Administration
About the Role This role sits in BRINKS Batam's Administration for cash logistics operations. You will execute pickup, delivery, and deposit of cash and valuables per routes and schedules, ensuring secure handovers and strict procedural compliance. You will also support reporting, coordination with internal teams and clients, and vehicle/equipment readiness.
What You'll Do
- Carry out cash/valuables pickup, delivery, and deposit activities according to designated routes and schedules.
- Ensure handover processes are performed in accordance with procedures and supporting documents.
- Maintain security and compliance: safeguard cash, documents, vehicles, and company assets during operations; comply with SOPs, security policies, and safety standards; use security equipment as required.
- Administration & Reporting: complete operational documents (delivery slips, manifests, job orders); report job results, incidents or special events to supervisor.
- Coordination: liaise with internal teams (Planner, Control Room, CPC) and clients; follow up on operational instructions from supervisor or control room.
- Vehicles & Equipment: ensure operational vehicles and supporting equipment are in good working order; report any damage or operational issues.

- Ability to prepare and maintain operational documentation (delivery slips, manifests, job orders).
- Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams and clients.
- Proactive reporting of issues or incidents and follow-up with supervisors/control rooms.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle/equipment readiness and fault reporting.
- Team player able to follow instructions and maintain security throughout operations.
