Operational Readiness Coordinator
Location: Coral Gables, Florida (Onsite)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager/Operational Readiness Coordinator to support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work independently, drive deliverables to completion, and effectively coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups. The successful candidate will possess project management, organizational, communication, and reporting skills and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities

Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.

Develop advanced PowerPoint presentations for executive communication.

Utilize JIRA and Power BI for reporting purposes.

Drive initiatives forward independently and proactively.

Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Provide clear, concise, and leadership-ready reporting.

Identify and address risks and issues proactively.

Keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and accountable.

Manage ORT activities with a high degree of quality and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications

Education: Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience.

Skills

Experience with JIRA, Power BI, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications
-
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

Experience supporting large-scale implementations, readiness efforts, cutover, or hypercare activities.
