Manage incoming requests, coordinate task distribution and prioritization, and ensure clear ownership across teams;

Track task progress, deadlines, and dependencies, proactively identifying blockers and coordinating their resolution;

Organize meetings and follow-ups, ensuring alignment and timely completion of action items;

Coordinate quarterly planning, including scope preparation, planning sessions, and alignment of initiatives across teams;

Maintain task tracking and documentation in Jira, Confluence, and other relevant tools, ensuring transparency and up-to-date information;

Identify process gaps and bottlenecks, driving improvements in operational workflows and cross-team collaboration.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

2+ years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Management, Delivery Management, Operations, or a similar cross-functional role;

Proven experience coordinating multiple teams and stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

Hands-on experience managing incoming requests, task prioritization, ownership, dependencies, and delivery timelines across multiple teams;

Upper-Intermediate;

Experience working with Jira or similar task management tools;

Practical experience monitoring project or operational delivery, proactively identifying blockers and risks, and coordinating their resolution.
