A short-term insurance organisation is seeking an experienced Operational Finance Executive to provide strategic financial leadership across core operational functions, with a strong focus on Underwriting and Claims.
- Minimum 8 years' relevant finance experience, including experience within the short-term insurance industry. This role requires a commercially minded finance professional who can partner with operational leaders to drive profitability, optimise financial performance, and improve business processes.
- Partner with executive and operational management to provide financial insight and strategic support.
- Strong understanding of underwriting, claims, and insurance operations.
- Proven experience in operational finance, business partnering, and financial analysis.
- Experience supporting operational or insurance business units at a senior level.
