About the Role Johnson Matthey seeks an Operational Excellence SWAT Specialist to drive high-value improvement initiatives across global operations. You will lead targeted programmes from diagnosis through implementation, partnering with senior leaders to deliver measurable, sustainable P&L and cash improvements. What You'll Do
- Identifying and prioritising high-value improvement opportunities that significantly enhance P&L performance and cash generation
- Leading targeted operational excellence programmes from diagnosis through to implementation and results delivery
- Conducting detailed analysis to uncover root causes and translate insights into clear, actionable improvement plans
- Partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities and deliver measurable outcomes
- Driving disciplined execution of initiatives, ensuring accountability and sustainable performance improvements
- Monitoring and validating financial impact in collaboration with Finance to ensure real, trackable value delivery What We're Looking For
- Proven experience delivering operational excellence, transformation or consulting initiatives in complex environments
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to link operational actions to P&L and cash outcomes
- Advanced analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, with experience using data to drive decisions
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional programmes and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong programme and project management skills, with a focus on execution and results
