We're looking for an Operational Excellence Specialist who is passionate about solving business challenges, improving operational performance, and helping teams embrace change. In this role, you'll work across functions and products to support the deployment of Operational Excellence practices and drive sustainable improvements that make a real business impact.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive Operational Excellence
• Facilitate structured problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead workshops focused on process improvement, performance optimization, and operational efficiency
• Help teams identify root causes, remove barriers, and implement sustainable solutions
• Build Performance & Improvement Culture
• Support the implementation of performance management routines and governance frameworks
• Help teams define, monitor, and improve key performance indicators
• Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Use operational insights and data to identify opportunities and drive action
• Partner Across the Business
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Customer Experience, Finance, Sales, and Digital teams
• Support stakeholders in solving complex operational challenges
• Facilitate cross-functional improvement initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes
• Influence and support leaders in driving change across the organization
• Develop Organizational Capability
• Coach teams on Operational Excellence methodologies and best practices
• Support capability-building initiatives and knowledge sharing
• Help embed sustainable ways of working and continuous improvement behaviors

What We're Looking For

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, warehousing, manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement environments
• Exposure to Operational Excellence, Lean, Kaizen, process improvement, performance management, or similar methodologies
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• The ability to influence and build relationships across different levels of an organization
• A pragmatic, hands-on mindset with a passion for delivering results
• Experience in Logistics & Services, Freight Forwarding, Contract Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain Operations
• Exposure to Lean, Kaizen, A3 Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis, or Value Stream Mapping
• Experience leading improvement projects, workshops, or change initiatives
• Lean Six Sigma certification or related continuous improvement training
