About the Role GRAMMER is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the operational management of production lines in Tianjin, drive on-time delivery and KPIs, and lead improvement initiatives aligned with factory strategies. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficient production. What You'll Do
- Be responsible for operational management of production lines, leading production and management to secure production according to specifications and the released orders and to deliver the defined KPIs.
- Work with teams on projects and improvement activities transformed from factory strategies.
- Ensure the safety and quality level in production area, meet internal and external requirements; ensure fulfillment of production plan.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Guidelines and instructions.
- Provide guidance and approval in operation processes.
