Job title: Opérateur-trice de Production
About the Role The Production Operator ensures the manufacturing of aerosol can bodies while meeting safety, quality, productivity, and waste targets. Coordination with teammates on the same production line and regular maintenance of the line equipment are required.
What You'll Do
- Anticipate and plan upcoming actions on the unpacking/mounting machine according to the production schedule, during your shift or to assist the next role on the line
- Ensure proper preparation of assemblies affecting the line
- Perform regular mandatory quality checks to guarantee production integrity
- Quickly alert any deviations and anomalies
- Occasionally perform manual packaging in case of quality alert or substitution
- Report any non-conformities related to rules, procedures, or operating instructions
- Ensure clear transmission of information to colleagues, supervisors and/or technical assistants
- Pass on technical instructions and changes to the setters during shifts
- Participate in the preparation of new products and formats
- Identify and implement actions to reduce dysfunctions
- Contribute to the analysis of complaints and corrective actions
- Perform daily basic maintenance and cleaning of the machine
- Report any safety and environment-related anomalies
What We're Looking For
- CAP/BEP to Bac Pro productique mécanique (or equivalent technical diploma) or equivalent experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of measurement/control devices
- Understanding of automated machines and their critical points
- Ability to meet production objectives
- Strong organizational and planning skills to minimize line stoppages
- Ability to communicate effectively
- On-site work requirement at Ball's Bellegarde plant
Compensation & Benefits
- Taux d’embauche: 2002 €*13 mois (Base 151.67H) + Night shift allowance + night meal allowance; Annual gross salary: 26,027 €
- Final salary will be determined by training, experience, knowledge, skills, aptitude, internal equity and market references
