About the Role
Pick and stock materials for work orders using printed labels and the Conveyor to transport materials. Maintain an orderly, clean, and organized work area in the module following established procedures. What You'll Do

Stock all components required in the wave for each order, ensuring completeness and accuracy, and complete wave fulfillment as quickly as possible without exceeding the time reflected in the manpower report.

Follow applicable procedures for this activity.

Take direction and/or instructions from the coordinator.

Adhere to the 5S program.

Maintain a positive work environment and discipline throughout the shift.

Maintain good communication with your supervisor about any situation affecting the results of the picking or for changes needed in the process to improve quality, efficiency and/or safety.

Follow company programs, improvements, Kaizen, and safety initiatives.

Make proper use of equipment provided by the company to perform this activity, such as scanners, scales, pickers, reach.

Keep boxes closed and keep your work area clean and organized. What We're Looking For
-
Minimum 1 year of experience in Production.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a material picker.

Minimum 1 year of experience handling a scanner.

Software skills: scanner usage.

Skills: Communication, teamwork, proactive, results-oriented, sense of urgency, organization, responsible, disciplined.

Education: Secondary, high school or technical degree.
