About the Role Operador 'C' is responsible for delivering and collecting envelopes, packages and items assigned to their route, ensuring the service meets quality guarantees and safeguards agreed with the client, following established operating cycles. The role is based in Chiapas and involves coordinating with security, supervisors and customers to maintain service quality on a mixed schedule.
What You'll Do
- Capture in the system the envelopes and packages that leave the Operational Center.
- Notify the Operations Supervisor of the number of shipments ready to depart.
- Review the packages pending delivery from the previous day.
- Perform pickups at PDVs or with customers.
- Inform security guards of the access/exit points to the COP.
- Separate shipments with guarantees.
- Depart on route according to your work order to deliver shipments.
- Ensure the vehicle is in optimal operating condition.
- Deliver ITEMS.
What We're Looking For
- Education: High school or technical degree (Preparatoria o Carrera Técnica).
- Experience: At least 1 year as a driver/delivery person (Chofer, repartidor).
- Knowledge: Transit regulations (Reglamento de Tránsito) at an intermediate level; familiarity with Roji guide and knowledge of the city; understanding of routing and tracking systems.
- Skills: Ability to operate within tracking systems and routing systems.
