Operador Acabamento Gráfico
Resumo: Responser pela operação das máquinas de impressão digital, fabricação de adesivos e viradeira, de acordo com os desenhos e programas de fabricação (PF’s), preparando-as e controlando o funcionamento de forma a atender às especificações e a programação estabelecida.
Responsabilidades: Operar máquinas da área gráfica, de acordo com as instruções de trabalho pertinentes a área gráfica. Operar máquina xerográfica para fabricação de manuais. Controlar e organizar os cartuchos de tintas, kit’s de limpeza e manutenção das máquinas. Executar tarefas relacionadas a manutenção autônoma. Realizar inspeção visual nas peças pintadas e pós impressão, conforme instrução gráfica/desenho. Comunicar ao supervisor e/ou encarregado da área quaisquer não conformidades no processo e/ou produto. Segregar materiais não conformes, de acordo com a instrução pertinente. Emitir Solicitações de Serviço de Manutenção (SSM) e Relatório de Ação Corretiva (RAC), sempre que necessário. Seguir normas de segurança, higiene, qualidade e preservação ambiental. Executar outras tarefas correlatas a sua área de atuação, a critério do superior imediato.
