Operador(a) II - Villanueva Cortes
This is a permanent position located in Villanueva Cortes. Please note that Cargill does not provide relocation assistance.
Shift: Night: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

The Operator II will perform a variety of responsibilities within the production area, including operation of machinery and equipment, preventive maintenance, and basic problem solving following policies and procedures and frequent guidance. Areas of work may be assigned as needed to ensure production targets are met, support production of quality products, and maximize throughput while following all safety and regulatory policies.
Key responsibilities
- Perform cutting and deboning.
- Prepare the cut and trim of products.
- Weigh the product.
- Label the product.
- Bag and seal the product.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- At least 18 years old.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing stairs, kneeling, squatting, and twisting safely, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable adjustments.
- Work in environments where there may be noise, dust, chemicals, etc., with the use of PPE.
- Work in indoor and outdoor conditions that may include heat up to 45 degrees C.
- Primary schooling completed or higher.
- Ability to read and write in Spanish.
- Work overtime, including weekends, holidays or different shifts, with prior notice.

Minimum 6 months of experience working in a production or plant environment.
