Job title: Open Source Technical Program Manager
About the Role Open Source Technical Program Manager responsible for coordinating cross-team efforts to engage, manage, and develop open source capabilities for the client. The role requires refining requirements with internal and external stakeholders, building momentum toward shared objectives, and communicating with senior leadership.
What You'll Do
- Work across multiple teams of stakeholders to lead the engagement, management, and technical development of specific open source capabilities
- Engage with stakeholders both internal and external to the client organization to refine, adjust, and evolve requirements and work to build momentum toward shared objectives
- Utilize mission-specific and technical knowledge to identify and propose new solutions to constantly-evolving challenges
- Leverage professional maturity and polished communications style to work with senior leadership and executive-level clients
- Support organizational management efforts to adapt to ongoing broader organizational realignment and reorganization
What We're Looking For
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP) polygraph
- Bachelor's degree; FOUR (4) years of relevant experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of EIGHT (8)+ years of experience supporting national security community or DoD customers
- Minimum of FIVE (5)+ years of experience with overseeing technical development efforts
Nice to Have
- A Master's degree
- At least TWELVE (12) years of experience in
