About the Role PUMA is seeking to fill multiple design and product development roles across its global Design team (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; Herzogenaurach, Germany; Somerville, USA). The positions focus on apparel product development and design in line with PUMA's FOREVER FASTER mantra and the evoSPEED brief, delivering lightweight, high-performance products that embody our design principles.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product line managers, developers and other designers to create products that embody PUMA's design principles and meet customer needs.
- Translate briefs into concepts, taking inspiration from nature (e.g., dragonfly) and ensuring manufacturability and use of light, strong, transparent materials.
- Present decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders, seeking feedback and support.
- Test and optimize products throughout development, coordinating with other departments to ensure performance and customer value.
