Your skills
- Minimum 3 years IT Technical support experience (or equivalent)
- Ability to plan, implement, and monitor computer and printer/scanner networks (e.g. file server)
- Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipment
- Basic support of datacentre and application architecture
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collation
- Ability to work on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teams
- Exercises independent judgment within defined practices and procedures. Evaluates unique circumstances and makes recommendations
Your tasks
Providing support for service requests involving PCs, laptops, phones, and peripheral devices.
Resolving hardware and basic software issues.
Providing client-facing support with strong communication and professionalism.
Preparing, installing, and configuring end-user devices.
Performing service tasks within defined procedures.
Supporting equipment disposal and decommissioning processes.
Documenting work performed and updating ticketing systems.
Providing feedback on technical processes to support efficiency improvement
