Your skills
- Du bist ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Intune Azure + AD +SCCM
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im IT Bereich
- Bearbeitung von Problemen/Projekten mit mittlerem Komplexitätsgrad
- Fähigkeit zur Planung, Implementierung und Überwachung von Computer- und Drucker-/Scannernetzwerken (z. B. Dateiserver)
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
Your tasks
- Installation, Konfiguration und Setup von Desktop PCs, Notebooks und Tablets
- Als Ansprechpartner vor Ort für alle IT-bezogenen Anliegen des Kunden fungieren
- Troubleshooting bezogene an Netzwerken (LAN/WLAN) und Desktop PCs and Notebooks
- SCCM Support: Software assignment und Software Center
- Active Directory (AD) Password Reset und Intune Support (Azure)
- Software Installation (UMTS module, RAM, SSD, etc.)
- BitLocker, Microsoft Office 365 support und UEFI BIOS configuration
- Ticket System (Incidents, IMACDs) in Service Now und FSA
- Asset Management in Service Now
