Your skills 6 months of IT experience (or equivalent) Basic knowledge of Intune, Active Directory, Azure, SCCM Knowledge of the ticketing system Service Now Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting of hard- and software Break/Fix experience and confidence handling issues such as battery replacements and hardware repairs
Your tasks
Provide L1 deskside support using Active Directory, Intune, Autopilot, SCCM or similar
Break/Fix activities, repairs, battery replacements
Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
