Your skills
- 2 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- A diploma or formal education in IT-related field
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
Your tasks
- Provide day to day desktop support
- Handle inbound tickets and questions that are related to incidents or IT requests
- Troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system
