Your skills
- Du bist ausgebildeter Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
- Software + Hardware Kenntnisse im Second Level Support sowie Erfahrung im Microsoft-Umfeld
- Erfahrung mit Intune Azure oder SCCM.
- Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
- Erfahrung mit SNOW und MS Intune von Vorteil
- Gute Deutsch- (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2)
Your tasks
Bereitstellung von erweitertem IT-Support und Bearbeitung eskalierter sowie komplexer IT-Probleme.
Verwaltung von Anfragen und Tickets inklusive Dokumentation, Datenpflege und Einhaltung der SLAs.
Durchführung von Fehleranalysen sowie Unterstützung bei Soft- und Hardware-Reparaturen.
Verwaltung des Hardware-Flows für neue und ausscheidende Mitarbeiter, und IT Asset Management.
Überwachung von Systemen, Aktualisierung von Kundenportalen und Unterstützung bei Vor-Ort- sowie Remote-Einsätzen (Hands & Eyes).
Schulung und Koordination von Kollegen sowie Erstellung von Standardarbeitsanweisungen und Dokumentationen.
Sicherstellung von Vertraulichkeit, aktuellen Vorlagen und internen Reports sowie Bereitschaft zu Reisen und gelegentlicher Arbeit außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten.
