Your skills
- 2-3 years of IT experience (or equivalent)
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach and excellent communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience in Windows deployment, Microsoft Intune, and ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of SCCM, Azure, Intune, Strong understanding of Windows applications
- Strong troubleshooting and inventory management skills
Your tasks
- Windows deployment and device provisioning.
- Microsoft Intune administration and device management.
- ServiceNow ticket management and incident handling.
- Stock management, including inventory control and asset audits.
- Troubleshooting of incidents and fixing issues.
