About the Role We are rapidly expanding our Technical Services division and have an immediate need for an Onsite Service Technician to delight our customers. You will repair electromechanical devices, manage issues per SLA, and serve as the primary on-site contact to ensure superior customer satisfaction. Xerox provides training to help you grow your skills and succeed in this role. What You'll Do
- Offer outstanding service to our clients.
- Manage call resolution in accordance with the customer's Service Level Agreement (SLA) to manage customer relations and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Use electromechanical skills to repair devices.
- Take responsibility for customer satisfaction by serving as the primary customer contact and providing all maintenance, production, and supply inventories of assigned equipment.
- Provide appropriate communication, support, and interface to on-site client base as to equipment status and availability and engaging the support of others as needed. What We're Looking For
- A good foundation of electrical and mechanical knowledge will help you learn our industry quickly.
- Ability to repair devices utilizing electromechanical skills.
- Open to training and development via Xerox's certified instructors, online and in-house programs.
- Strong customer-service orientation and ability to serve as the primary on-site contact and manage equipment inventories.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to interface with on-site clients and internal teams. Nice to Have Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 32,940 - 65,880 per year.
