About the Role Randstad is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our team in Newark, CA. This on-site role supports recruiting at multiple client sites within the California East Bay region and requires reliable transportation.
What You'll Do
- Provide onsite recruitment support at multiple client sites within the California East Bay region
- Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and manage a high-volume recruitment process
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely placements
- Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate effectively throughout the hiring cycle
What We're Looking For
- 1 to 2 years of recruiting or high-volume HR support experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute between client sites
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
- Employment type: Temporary with potential for permanent placement (temp to perm)
