Your tasks

Als Onsite IT Support Engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten op locatie, waarbij je hardware- en softwareproblemen troubleshoot en oplost, en hun IT-infrastructuur configureert en onderhoudt.

Problemen met hardware, software en besturingssystemen diagnosticeren, troubleshooten, en oplossen.
Je gaat zelfstandig of in teamverband aan de slag
Installeer, upgrade, ondersteun en los problemen met de werkruimtehardware van eindgebruikers op, zoals desktops, laptops, printers, mobiele apparaten, en video- en conferentieapparatuur
