About the Role Volt is hiring an Onsite Coordinator / Recruiter in West Chester, OH to lead on-site staffing support and partner with client teams to deliver strong talent placement and service excellence. This role combines recruiting, employee relations, and on-site operations to ensure the workforce runs smoothly. What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for client leadership, supervisors, and HR teams.
- Oversee daily onsite staffing operations, including attendance, timekeeping, workforce data, and policy compliance.
- Monitor staffing levels to maintain required headcount and proactively reduce turnover.
- Maintain a consistent, visible floor presence to support associates and client supervisors.
- Conduct regular employee check-ins and administer engagement, recognition, and appreciation initiatives.
