About the Role
AoPS Online is hiring remote graders to provide personalized feedback on writing problems, helping students grow in problem solving, content understanding, and communication skills. This freelance, flexible role offers an opportunity to develop mentoring skills while supporting students through the online portal.
What You'll Do

Provide mentoring feedback on writing problems to help students grow

Grade assignments and provide timely feedback through the online portal, at times that fit your schedule

Support students’ understanding of content and problem solving through clear, constructive communication

What We're Looking For

Strong command of the material (math, Python, physics, or chemistry) and solid English writing skills

High school diploma or higher; 18 years or older

Ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and meet deadlines

Experience mentoring or giving feedback is a plus

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Python, physics, or chemistry coursework

Prior tutoring or grading experience
