About the Role The Online Instructor for Automotive Mechanics and Advanced Mechanics will inspire and guide students in a fully virtual setting. This role requires hands-on diagnostic and repair experience and a passion for teaching Spanish-speaking learners across Latin America and the U.S. What You'll Do
- Teach automotive systems and general vehicle operation
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Cover brakes, suspension, steering, and transmissions
- Explain electrical system concepts and use diagnostic tools
- Supervise practical exercises and diagnostic/repair projects
- Support student progress and provide constructive feedback What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in repair and maintenance of vehicles (gasoline engines, transmission, suspension, steering, brakes)
- Experience diagnosing faults using diagnostic tools, sensors, and electrical analysis
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance; proficient with specialized tools; knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards
- Ability to teach in virtual modality; excellent Spanish communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly and practically
- Plus: experience teaching adults and knowledge of the US Latino community Nice to Have

- Schedule: Monday to Friday 5:00 p.m.–9:00 p.m.; Saturdays 7:00–11:00 a.m. or 5:00–9:00 p.m. (Mexico time)
