About the Role We are seeking an experienced OneStream Functional Lead/Business Architecture Manager to lead functional design, configuration and delivery of OneStream solutions across the full implementation lifecycle. Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business and finance requirements into scalable OneStream configurations, and mentor junior consultants.

What You'll Do

• Lead functional requirement gathering sessions with finance, accounting, FP&A, and controllership teams.
• Lead functional design sessions and produce BRD, FDD, and configuration workbooks.
• Define dimension hierarchies, COA mapping, and intercompany elimination rules.
• Design and configure OneStream applications including workflows, metadata, account structures, and consolidation logic.
• Configure financial close workflows, task management, and ownership structures within OneStream Close Manager.
• Configure and validate currency translation, equity pickup, and minority interest calculations.
• Translate functional designs into technical Business Rules and Data Management workflows with developers.
• Conduct functional testing, UAT support, and defect management/triage.
• Deliver training, training materials and post-go-live hypercare support.
• Support change management activities and drive user adoption with stakeholders.
• Assist in project planning, status reporting, and risk escalation.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants; conduct functional reviews and enforce best practices.
• Support new business proposals – business case creation, SOW preparation, RFP responses, client conversations and opportunity development.
• Demonstrate executive presence in upward interactions with supervisor; may interact with peers/management at client or Accenture.
• Travel may be required (0-100%).

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year experience designing and developing OneStream platforms (workflows, forms, cube views, dashboards, and quick views).
• Minimum 3 years experience in requirements gathering, functional testing, UAT and training.
• Minimum 2 years experience in performance management function (consolidations or planning).
• Minimum 3 years experience in financial consolidation, intercompany eliminations, and multi-currency reporting with knowledge of financial close processes, COA design, and management reporting.
• Minimum 2 years experience creating functional deliverables such as requirements, design and test documentation.
• OneStream Certified (OCS): Financial Close or Reports & Dashboards. Willingness to become certified in 6 months if not already.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate’s Degree, equivalent minimum 6 years.

Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in Industrial Manufacturing/Automotive, Energy, Consumer Goods, Retail, Public Sector, or Banking.
• Have experience with advanced OneStream capabilities; Sensible AI, CPM Express, etc.
• Have completed OneStream application build courses or advanced OneStream courses.
• Have experience designing/configuring OneStream modules (SML, People Planning, CAPEX, etc.).
• Have experience designing/configuring solutions with Oracle/Hyperion, Cognos TM1, SAP, Anaplan, Adaptive, Host Analytics, etc.
• Have OneStream Certifications.
• Demonstrate collaboration, problem solving, and desire to learn modern technologies like AI/ML in EPM.
• Exhibit leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
