OneStream Application Specialist H/F

Role : Design, develop, support, and optimise OneStream solutions that enable financial consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain OneStream applications, workflows, and metadata.
• Develop and enhance: Cube Views; Dashboards; Reports; Forms; Workflow profiles; Business Rules (VB.NET);
• Support financial consolidation processes: Intercompany eliminations; Currency translation ; Ownership management; Financial close and reporting
• Build planning and forecasting models.
• Manage data integrations with ERP and source systems.
• Troubleshoot functional and technical issues.
• Support Smart View reporting and Excel integrations.
• Work closely with Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Tax, and IT teams.
• Perform testing, UAT support, deployment, and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience.

• Excellent English skills. French will be an advantage.

• Hands-on experience with OneStream implementation and support.

• Strong knowledge of: OneStream XF; VB.NET Business Rules; SQL Server; Financial Consolidation; FP&A processes

• Understanding of: Budgeting & Forecasting; Close & Consolidation; Management Reporting; Data Governance

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with One Stream, Hyperion/HFM, FCCS, Anaplan, SAP BPC, or similar EPM platforms.

• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.

• Exposure to Treasury and Tax reporting processes.

• OneStream certification or official training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• CA/CMA/CPA or finance qualification is advantageous.

• Success Measures

• Timely financial close and reporting.

• Stability of OneStream production environment.

• Reduction in manual reporting effort.

• Improved data quality and reconciliation accuracy.

• Successful delivery of enhancement projects.
