Job title: One Stop Receptionist / Enrollment Support

About the Role This position serves as the primary point of contact for students, prospective students, parents, and the community, acting as the One Stop receptionist to support the enrollment and recruitment team. You will handle admissions processing, provide front-facing assistance, and help coordinate student services.

What You'll Do

  • Process admission applications and all student documents including high school transcripts, unofficial college transcripts, and chargeback requests.
  • Serve potential and current students with the enrollment process via front counter, chatbot, text messaging, email, and phone support.
  • Support operations using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Provide student support for online accounts (Self Service, Buccaneer E-mail, Blackboard, etc.).
  • Provide one-on-one information on Financial Aid eligibility, verification requirements, program information, and budgeting components.
  • Assist students in scheduling virtual academic advising appointments.
  • Ensure placement scores (SAT/ACT or multiple measure scores) are submitted and recorded.
  • Respond to requests and refer students to institutional resources.
  • Assist new students with course selection and registration.
  • Oversee scanning and linking of incoming student records.
  • Assist with preparation, setup, and coordination of events; support events on and off campus (high school visits, college fairs, open houses).
  • Assist with scheduling rooms for events and meetings.
  • Assist with general office duties (process mail, maintain inventory of office supplies and recruitment materials).
  • Perform related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Education: Associate degree.
  • Experience: Experience working in an educational setting.
  • Competencies: Ability to work independently and make sound decisions; excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; superb customer service; strong computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office products; bilingual in Spanish preferred; knowledge of Ellucian Colleague management information system a plus.

  • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of Ellucian Colleague management information system a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Part-time position up to 26 hours per week with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.
  • Duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
