About the Role EY’s One Assurance Assistant is a 24-month entry program across Assurance, Audit and Finance with rotations to locations nationwide. It aims to build a robust foundation in assurance, audit and finance, combining technology, data and AI to transform finance processes. You won't be deployed randomly—you'll be developed with a clear structure, fixed stations and ongoing feedback. What You'll Do
- Collaborate on accounting, finance and transaction topics (e.g., Financial Reporting and Audit).
- Contribute to auditing annual and consolidated financial statements (Audit under HGB/IFRS).
- Analyze technology, data and cyber risks (IT Audit, Data Analytics, Cyber Security).
- Work on sustainability topics and ESG reporting (Sustainability Reporting).
- Support investigative and preventative work on economic crime (Forensic & Compliance).
- With each station you’ll refine your profile. After 24 months you decide where you want to take responsibility. What We're Looking For
