About the Role The Oncology Territory Manager represents Daiichi Sankyo to assigned customers, delivering disease-state and product information, building relationships, and driving regional sales for breast cancer products. This field-based role requires strategic planning, market understanding, and cross-functional collaboration to support patient access and treatment decisions. What You'll Do
- Represent assigned products to healthcare professionals in the territory; promote product features and benefits; achieve sales objectives; develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, regulations, market conditions, and market access environments to optimize performance.
- Understand current and pending clinical pathways and how they influence patient treatment; analyze customer needs, territory performance, program outcomes, and business trends; adjust plans to maximize value.
- Maintain expert disease-state knowledge, stay current on Daiichi Sankyo brands and competitors, complete training, and provide high-quality product information and customer service.
- Communicate regularly with the District Manager and peers; build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders; convey approved indications and benefits in multiple settings.
- Meet administrative expectations (budgets, reporting, planning); maintain updated target lists and CRM; review territory reports and use them to drive results; submit reports on time.
- Maintain equipment and territorial records; use sales force automation and other tools to enhance calls and territory management; comply with company policies. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4+ years of sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry; 4+ years oncology therapeutic experience strongly preferred.
- 1+ years of additional therapeutic experience in diverse roles (training, marketing, market access) preferred.
- Oncology product launch experience preferred; copromotion experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Travel about 40%–60%; valid driver’s license with driving record that meets company standards. Nice to Have

- Salary range: USD 146,400 – USD 219,600 per year.
