About the team
Our Customer Experience team is the voice that guides our users every step of the way, making sure they always get the most out of Factorial. If you’re passionate about people and love turning a challenge into a great experience, you’ll fit right in.
As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll guide new customers through their Factorial journey—making sure they’re confident, supported, and fully set up to get the most out of our platform. You’ll be the bridge between clients, Product, Sales, and Customer Success—turning insights into better experiences and helping shape how our product evolves.
