About the Role HubSpot’s onboarding services help customers grow with HubSpot by building a customized onboarding plan designed to help you reach your most important goals, faster. Onboarding experts design plans based on your highest priority goals, the size and complexity of your organization, the HubSpot products purchased, and your current technology stack and how it integrates with HubSpot. When you complete onboarding, you’ll be confident using HubSpot to reach your goals.
What You'll Do
- Design customized onboarding plans aligned to your company goals and tech stack, based on your highest priority HubSpot goals, organizational size/complexity, and products purchased.
- Provide technical and strategic guidance on setting up and using HubSpot’s suite of software to grow.
- Deliver onboarding guidance for the Customer Platform, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to help you set up, use, and optimize each product.
- Support customers every step of the onboarding journey and collaborate with Partner Onboarding when applicable.
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing onboarding plans and guiding customers through HubSpot product implementations.
- Ability to translate business goals into aligned HubSpot configurations, considering organizational size/complexity and tech stack.
- Knowledge of HubSpot products (Customer Platform, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and how they integrate with existing systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
